Where do you ship your orders from?

All orders are shipped from our offices in Ottawa, Canada.

What shipping carrier(s) do you use to ship your orders?

We currently utilize both Canpar and Canada Post.

Will I be provided with a tracking number for my order?

Yes, all orders are provided with tracking numbers as soon as they become available.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer an expedited shipping option on our website; however, please contact us, and we will assist you further.
