Return Policy

The following policies (except our manufacturer’s warranty) apply solely to purchases made through our website (https://www.ripngo.ca). For all other purchases, customers must contact the original retailer.

Manufacturer's Warranty

We offer a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty on all our products commencing on the shipping date. In the event that they arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Applicable to products that are unused and unwashed.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We only replace items if they are damaged or defective within the first 30 days of your shipping date. The defective product(s) will be exchanged for the identical one. Please email us at info@ripngo.ca. Applicable to products that are unused and unwashed.

Shipping

Please email us at info@ripngo.ca to obtain a return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will re-ship the item to you free-of-charge through Canada Post. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Orders

An order will be deemed as “International” if it is being shipped outside of Canada or The United States of America (excluding US unincorporated organized territories).

These orders will automatically adopt a strict “Final Sale” policy (No Returns/Exchanges). In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please contact us and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.
